YO EVERYBODY!
okay, as everybody knows, the school is organising a Community Service Project cum Class Picnic. so im letting you guys know the info first (cause i doubt you will look at the notice board). xD
-This CIP Beach Cleaning Project cum Picnic is on Thursday, 24 May 2007 at Pasir Ric/East Coast Park.
-Two-way transport is provided.
For our class, we will go to East Coast Park. Erm... classes 1HM, 1IT, 1LY, 1MD, 1RP will be going with us (i think). And our alighting/pick up point (Car Park No.) is D3 (actually this one not need to care ba. but just let you guys know, in case).
-Our form teacher, Ms Low, will help us prepare for the Class Picnic. You guys might be divided into groups to do some tasks.
-We are to report for FRC as usual. After FRC, we will make preparations for the outing. Then we will report at the Audi at 0800hrs. Attendance will be taken.
-Attire is PE tee, shorts and shoes. Advised to bring: some drinking water, hat/cap, insect repellent, umbrella/raincoat, pen etc.
-We are advised to work in pairs. Gloves and garbage bags will be provided to clean the site allocated. For safety purposes, please handle glass and metal material with care.
-The beach-cleaning will last about one and a half hour (0900h-1030h), class will be given a worksheet to complete. The class picnic will be from 1030h to 1200h. At 1200h, we will have to do site-cleaning before we board the bus to return to school. Bus will leave at 1230h for school.
okay, thats all. since all of you dont know where to go for class outing, we will use this as CLASS OUTING!! WHEE! PROBLEM SOLVED! xD heheh! xD
