Hi Aaron here
I'm posting about the information for the class gathering at changi. the chalet haven't been booked yet, so if very unfortunate someone else book then have to postpone, so have to collect money asap and book, S$20 for each person who is going. can someone collect money for me say monday? currently there should be 29 people going, 2 unconfirmed and 6 people not going. i cannot be organising the whole thing myself, so can some people be in charge of the snacks, drinks, ice and games part. my mom will be helping me to book the chalet and ordering barbecue stuff from caterer, but she wont be staying there except to check in and check out. for the bbq, there'll be disposable cockery provided, but dont use too many, cos still have next day. think will need a lot of snacks, cos only have this 1 bbq meal, may not be enough. roughly go at 3pm then do anything, bbq will be for dinner, if got leftover keep for breakfast next day? then checkout 10am. and for the night, there are very few beds, if want to sleep, many have to make do with the floor, but no worry, there should have enough space for sleeping -.- 4 toilets to use, if wan bathe or whatever, take turns lor. go camp liao shd have experience... pls bring games and stuff, or it'll be boring. the boys can bring soccer ball, there should be space to play. any doubts pls tag here, or ask me.
and FYI, deepavali is carried forward by one day cos some guy see the moon and say deepavali shd be on 27 oct not 28 oct. so its not a public holiday on 28th.
for the cross country, wear class tee should be ok. i don't think hairspray good cos later not allowed then wasted. and wan wear something dun make too big, it may be expensive and may hinder movement. just wear something really simple. the girls should try and win the team awards? last year never get anything for 2JT... jia you!
